Our Purpose is to help organizations continuously improve including elimination of the biases that result in inequality and inequity. Our efforts are further guided by the tenets of the Baldrige Excellence Framework, which at its core promotes visionary leadership, societal well-being, and valuing people with diverse ideas, cultures, and thinking.
