The Community (Macro) Ecosystem is the world in which your organization and its people live in a symbiotic relationship. For your Organizational (Micro) Ecosystem to truly thrive, the larger ecosystem needs to be rich and fertile and itself thriving. Unfortunately, this is not always the situation, and so we need collaboration of the various elements in order to address and correct what is out of balance.

It’s a world were the response to a question is not “either – or” but “and (both)”. This requires the ability to think systemically to see opportunities along with being creative and innovative enough to respond in real time i.e., true agility.
