Ecosystems and the Quantum World

The Community (Macro) Ecosystem is the world in which your organization and its people live in a symbiotic relationship. For your Organizational (Micro) Ecosystem to truly thrive, the larger ecosystem needs to be rich and fertile and itself thriving. Unfortunately, this is not always the situation, and so we need collaboration of the various elements in order to address and correct what is out of balance.

The ExcellenceNorth Alliance (ENA) is unique in its view of the world. We look, think, and act systemically versus taking a siloed approach. This perspective enables us to recognize the need for collaboration between the various elements along with their interdependencies and interrelationships. And it’s this same approach that we bring when working with your organization. We need to acknowledge that siloes (or Ferris Wheels) weren’t meant to fly. The changes to siloes and their related processes are not going to help an organization evolve into a state of adaptive flow that’s required in today’s world.

Your Organizational (Micro) Ecosystem

Meanwhile, flowing through the Community Ecosystem and your organization is a virtually invisible yet ever growing undercurrent that’s moving us quickly from a Newtonian to a Quantum World. It’s taking us from an outdated mechanistic, controlling mindset and methodology to one where the ability to thrive on uncertainty is a requirement for survival of both our organizations and ourselves. It’s a world were the response to a question is not “either – or” but “and (both)”. This requires the ability to think systemically to see opportunities along with being creative and innovative enough to respond in real time i.e., true agility. And yet the need still remains to ‘get things done’. How do you balance what seem like competing demands? That’s where the ENA can help.
